A Spring of Hope is pleased to be collaborating with WESSA to further permaculture education and sustainable environmental practices at our partner schools. WESSA (the Wildlife and Environment Society of South Africa) is a South African environmental organization which aims to initiate and support high impact environmental and conservation projects to promote public participation in caring for the Earth. One of their initiatives is their Eco-Schools program, which focuses on creating awareness and action around environmental sustainability in schools and their surrounding communities. We look forward to enhancing our program with this curriculum while helping our schools simultaneously work towards Eco-School certification.
