20 Nov 2012 Andover Primary Wins Award for Promoting Good Health

Andover Primary school is in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. Thanks to partner Rotary/Fort Lauderdale, the children enjoy fresh running water. A nutritional lunch that includes healthy vegetables grown right there on school grounds is another added benefit. Newly planted mango trees will one day provide a healthy dessert option. It is believed that Andover’s new acquisition of clean, dependable and plentiful water played a significant role in the school being chosen as the circuit’s one and only Health Promoting School!
