Prior to drilling a well, a survey must be completed to discern the optimal place to hit water. There are a few different ways to do that. One, that has been very successful for us, is dousing. Another way, as demonstrated by the photos below, is to employ a multi-frequency electromagnetic transmitter loop. This device produces a magnetic field and collects data based on the conductivity of components underground. It then generates readings based on the data that is collected.
